I didn't know what platform you were trying to run Yate on.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, the ENUM module is not built in Windows. The 
reason is Windows lacks a proper resolver library. Different versions have 
different resolver APIs and no common solution exists for all Windows 
platforms - even if we're talking only about Win 2000 or later.

It would be possible to compile the bind's resolver for Windows or to use 
the Win32 API - if Microsoft decided to one resolver API and disregarding 
older Windows version.
