Hello Hiroshi,

ptlib.h is from PWLib. If you need H323 support you will need also to
compile PWLib and OpenH323. See www.voxgratia.org to download those. The
binary version of Yate have both of them inside.
libpri.h is necessary only if you have sangoma cards (www.sangoma.com).
libpri is a part of the asterisk project - www.asterisk.org. If you use
Visual Studio .net you may be able to compile the original version. For
Visual Studio 6 we've made a fork which is avaible at
http://yate.null.ro/tarballs/libpri-win.zip .
There are 2 ways to run yate server in Windows. One is the service which
can also be installed in Windows Services. The other one is mainly for
debuging and is yate-console.exe.
