Have you tried it with a call.drop message? Might only work if you make the
record with a call execute from wave/record/...

Greetings, Dirk

I try to record during an existing connection between to clients by sending the chan.attach command as followed:

String sconsumer = "wave/record///home/xxx/audio/rec/rec1.alaw";
String audiosource = "wave/play/-";
Message* m = new Message("chan.attach");
m->addParam("source", audiosource);
m->addParam("consumer", sconsumer);
m->addParam("notify", m_activeId);
m->addParam("single", "true"); // single attach requested (optional
m->userData(ClientDriver::self()->find(m_activeId));
ret = Engine::dispatch(m);

I do not add maxlen parameter, because I want to stop it by command. How do I stop now the recording. I tried to send a chan.notify but what should I do when receiving this notify?

Can anybody give some tips? Thank you all,

greetings Dirk :)
