Ekiga worked for me with an issue: I could not register from behind NAT to 
the public IP of the Linux machine doing NAT and Yate. This is normal 
since the gatekeeper was running on the internal IP (has to know its own 
address - see interface1 in h323chan.conf).

It's not clear to me if OpenH323 helps clients passing through NAT - 
probably not. In any case you should use tunneling to avoid dynamic ports.

Registering to the private IP of the server worked and I could place and 
receive calls. In fact I created two almost identical accounts, one SIP 
and one H.323 and both worked (not at the same time).
