Note that I intentionally didn't include -Uvh in my example.
People like me who are used to aptitude if anything tend to forget
about the args and thus will have to look them up when maybe once
in a month they want to install a package on a RedHat-ish system.
A package which is not in the distro's repository of packages
that is.
