Hi Tony,

The ignorevia=yes in [genera] section of ysipchan.conf it's the only 
thing you need to setup.
Ignorevia option it's saying to send back to message to the real ip 
address insted of the ip address declared in Via. This allowing most of 
the things to pass the NAT. How ever if you want to do RTP forward you 
can setup in regexroute.conf something like.

${rtp_forward}possible=;rtp_forward=yes
