Hi All,

This is ongoing problem for us but we're still not sure what is the
cause. So some (not all) incoming calls to IVR php applications (even
very simple like recorder or forwarder) and ended in status accepted but
not answered. We cannot find any problem in applications. It strange
because these calls have billtime > 0 and reason is empty but status
accepted.

Is there any particular place we should look at?
And when exactly calls become answered?
What is you suggestion should we treat these calls like regular
(billtime > 0, reason = '', status = 'accepted')?

Thanks,
Milan
