You can also use the queue module. Create a queue with one member, set maximum 
number of calls to 1, 'source' to 'tone/ring' and 'single' to 'true'. 
Experiment with 'answermode' 'late' or 'early'. Late means the ringing sound 
is send as early media, early means the queue answers the phone then plays the 
ringing sound.
