yes, I had the same problem some time ago, but I don΄t remember how to fix 
it, It was 6-8 month ago, Now I'm using a newest version of pwlib and 
openh323 libs and all works very well, both of them downloaded form 
www.voxgratia.org website....

pwlib version 1.8.7

#define BUILD_NUMBER 7


openh323 version 1.15.6

#define MAJOR_VERSION 1
#define MINOR_VERSION 15
#define BUILD_TYPE    ReleaseCode
#define BUILD_NUMBER 6

there are also newest libraries, but  I have not tested it yet ...
