Is Yate actually logging into Google Talk successfully? Connect to the rmanager (telnet localhost 5038) and issue "status jabberclient" to see. Logged in, it will show status "running." If not, investigate. One common oversight: You need to build Yate with OpenSSL libraries in order to connect to Google.
