Yes. Database was updated properly. And i was called my number through PSTN network and answered myself.
And i resolved by recompiling the Official stable release instead of current SVN checkout source code .
I think problem is in current SVN source code which is updated on recently.

 hi,
 how are you authenticating your users ... or is that now working ?
 488 can be many reasons

 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_SIP_response_codes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_SIP_response_codes)
 what makes you think the call is answered?

 is the users registered sip location definitely updating in your database ?

As everything fine until few days before but right now when i noticed every outgoing call are dropped once it's answered by called party. And Incoming call are all immediately disconnected with the SIP disconnect reason as "Not Accepted Here - 488".
As i referenced and assumed as issue related with SIP Codec. If that's the reason then why suddenly the problem arised and how to resolve the same.
log :
YateSIPConnection::hangup() state=1 trans=0x7f30d00055b0 error='unacceptable' code=488 reason='Not Acceptable Here' [0x7f30d00020d0]
