Because the billid base in Yate has changed it looks like a restart / crash that causes the pending CDRs to not be written to file.

The billid is of the form TTTT-NNNN where TTTT is the UNIX timestamp of the Yate instance startup while NNNN is a counter.

Can you check the Yate logs?
