Summary 0000353: yate with openssl support isn't built right on arch linux
Description I wasn't able to build 4.3 version of yate with-openssl on arch linux. The problem seems to be with the way, how configure script handle pkg-config response.

pkg-config --cflags openssl returns empty string and that shouldn't be a problem per se. Anyway, configure script requires this output to be not empty, otherwise it acts like there is no openssl.

# src/yate/configure:

incssl=`(pkg-config --cflags $pkg) 2>/dev/null` # returns empty string
libssl=`(pkg-config --libs $pkg) 2>/dev/null`
if [ "x$incssl" != "x" -a "x$libssl" != "x" ]; then
HAVE_OPENSSL=yes
#... I won't get here, because my x$incssl == x
