|Summary||0000373: Push notification support (Windows Phone SIP support)|
Here is Zoiper's implementation (an SIP client that runs on Windows Phone):
This is important for Windows Phone support, since it doesn't allow programs to just sit in the background, and requires "push notifications".
Linphone does something similar, but uses "app-id:", "pn-tok:", "pn-type:" headers instead.
I tried to implement this myself using an external module, but can't seem to get it to work. My understanding of Yate is limited, so I don't know how to approach this.
